August 21st, 2015 - Rodney Sanders Wins at Lakeside Speedway
a Rodney Sanders made the trip to Lakeside Speedway (Kansas City, Kansas) on Friday for The Hunt for the United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) Casey’s Cup powered by S&S Fishing & Rental. Drawing a field of 35 cars, Sanders scored a 3rd place finish in his heat transferring him into the A-Main. With $3,500 on the line, Rodney charged from his 11th place starting spot to capture his 22nd victory of the season. Ousting Jason Krohn, Johnny Scott, Stormy Scott, and Shad Badder, Rodney Sanders improved ten spots in the 35-lap feature.

August 15th, 2015 - Sanders Wins Night Five of the Hunt for the Casey's Cup
a On Thursday night Rodney Sanders headed to Red Cedar Speedway (Menomonie, Wisconsin) for the fifth night of action in the Hunt for United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) Casey’s Cup presented by S&S Fishing & Rental. Winning his heat from 3rd, Sanders transferred into the feature event with a 2nd place starting spot. Battling for a $3,000 payday, Rodney cruised to his 21st victory of the season leading all 40 laps. Jason Hughes, Jesse Sobbing, Jake Hartung, and Brent Larson followed Sanders to the finish line.

aThe following night brought Sanders to Mississippi Thunder Speedway (Fountain City, Wisconsin) for another round of action in the Hunt for the Casey’s Cup sanctioned by the USMTS. Drawing a field of 32 cars, Rodney edged his way into the feature event with a 3rd place outing in his heat. Starting in 8th, Rodney Sanders advanced four positions in the 40-lapper finishing behind Zack VanderBeek, Jason Hughes, and Jesse Sobbing with Dereck Ramirez coming in 5th.

Rodney traveled to Ogilvie Raceway (Ogilvie, Minnesota) on Saturday for night seven of the Hunt for the Casey’s Cup. Transferring into the feature with a 2nd place outing in his heat, Sanders earned a 2nd place starting spot. Battling for a $3,000 payday in the Casey’s General Stores A-Main, Rodney Sanders fell three positions retiring a 5th place finish behind Stormy Scott, Jason Hughes, Ben Kates, and Zack VanderBeek.

August 8th, 2015 - Rodney Sanders Begins the Hunt for the Casey's Cup
aRodney Sanders made the trip to 81 Speedway (Park City, Kansas) on Thursday for night one of the United States Touring Modified Series (USMTS) sanctioned Hunt for the Casey’s Cup powered by S&S Fishing & Rental. In a field of 35 cars, Rodney ran into some bad luck early in his heat race. Sliding into turn three on the first lap, something appeared to snap on the right front suspension sending Sanders flying through the air. Coming out of the nasty wreck uninjured, Rodney went on to charge through the B-Main field eleven spots edging his way into the feature event. With $3,000 on the line, Rodney Sanders worked his way through the field improving sixteen spots to retire a 4th place finish behind Jeremy Payne, Stormy Scott, and Jason Hughes with Brent Larson coming in 5th.

Friday night brought Sanders to Humboldt Speedway for another $3,000 payday in the USMTS. In a field of 37 Modifieds, scored a runner-up finish in his heat transferring him into the Casey’s General Stores A-Main. Starting in 10th, Rodney captured another 4th place finish in the 40-lapper behind Jason Hughes, Stormy Scott, and Zack VanderBeek with Johnny Scott coming in 5th.

Rodney then headed to Humboldt Speedway (Humboldt, Kansas) on Saturday for night three of the Hunt for the Casey’s Cup. Edging his way into the feature event with a 2nd place finish in his heat, Rodney earned a 4th place starting spot for the A-Main. With 40-laps set on the scoreboard, Rodney gained one position logging a 3rd place outing behind Johnny and Stormy Scott with Dereck Ramirez and Terry Phillips rounding out the top five.

Wrapping up the busy weekend, Rodney traveled to Monett Speedway (Monett, Missouri) on Sunday night for another round of USMTS action. Scoring another 2nd place spot in his heat, Sanders transferred into the A-Main with a 4th place starting spot. Looking to bring home his fourth top five finish of the weekend, Sanders registered a runner-up finish to Jason Hughes with Stormy Scott, Terry Phillips, and Jesse Sobbing completing the top five.

August 1st, 2015 - Rodney Sanders Competes in #7k Super Late Model
a On Tuesday night Rodney Sanders returned to action piloting Jason Krohn’s #7k Super Late Model at Shawano Speedway (Shawano, Wisconsin) for the World of Outlaws Late Model Series (WoO) sanctioned Sun Drop Shootout. With 27 cars signed in for the $10,000 to win feature, Sanders edged his way into the A-Main with a 4th place outing in his heat. Battling in a field of 24 Super Late Models, Sanders fell back in the feature logging a 23rd place finish.

aSanders headed to Cedar Lake Speedway (New Richmond, Wisconsin) on Thursday for the three-day 28th Annual USA Nationals hosted by the WoO Series. Bringing in 48 Super Late Models for the separate show on Thursday, Rodney missed a transfer spot by one position transferring him into the B-Main. Needing a 2nd spot or better, Sanders night came to an early end with a 3rd place finish in his B-Main.

Transferring the top three in the six rounds of heat action into Saturday night’s main event, Rodney fell one spot short with a 4th place finish. Starting on the pole, Sanders cruised to a B-Main victory transferring him into the feature. With $50,000 on the line, Rodney Sanders recorded a 25th place outing in the 100-lap A-Main.
